We know that not all custom apparel requirements are the same, and that while screenprinting might be the best choice for some, others may be better suited for embroidery or a heat transfer. Our expert team will review your particular project and recommend the best process for you.

Custom Screenprinting

Our most popular process by far, screenprinting provides an economical decorating option with vibrant colors that can be blended to match specific color requests. We have both manual and automated presses to handle jobs of all sizes and designs. And with experience dating back to 1993, we know how to tweak our process to get your design just right.

We are also experts in decorating custom uniforms and team apparel, which can include specialty fabrics that require specific inks or temperatures. Contact us to discuss the available options and find the one that is right for your team.

Heat Transfers Sublimation

Heat Transfers

Transfers are versatile and include a variety of options such as cut vinyl, printed vinyl, and printed ink transfers.

  • Cut vinyl offers a fast and economical solution for small jobs in just one or two colors, and variable data such as names and numbers. It is available in lots of colors as well as glitter, neon, glow-in-the-dark, and patterns.
  • Printed vinyl gives you full-color design options for small quantities and hard to print fabrics such as canvas and nylon.
  • Printed ink transfers are a great choice for full-color designs in smaller quantities with a more matte finish than vinyl, as well as variable data.

We can review your specific requirements to see if transfers are a good choice for you.

Sublimation

When you want a truly custom look, sublimation offers unlimited design options for one all-inclusive price, including variable names and numbers. We offer spot sublimation done in-house, as well as full cut-and-sew sublimation produced by the most trusted names in the industry. Sublimation is a great option for rec league jerseys in smaller quantities as well as larger volume professional game jerseys. And add-on orders for new players can be as low as one piece.

Take your team to the next level and consider sublimation for your next uniform order.
